Jennifer Walker-Journey is a freelance writer of consumer-friendly content for online and print publications.

Career. Jennifer began her journalism career as a features writer for daily newspapers before launching her freelance business more than a decade ago. She writes for law firms specializing in personal injury, product liability, probate litigation, and family law. Her other clients include major health care systems, financial corporations, public health entities, nonprofit organizations, and digital marketing firms.

Publications. Jennifer’s work has been featured in USA Today and on HowStuffWorks.com. She contributed to the coffee table books Birmingham: Magic for the New Millennium (1998) and Birmingham at 150: Built to Last (2022).

Pursuits. When she’s not writing, Jennifer runs, almost daily, toward her last best time, and considers qualifying for the Boston Marathon among her greatest accomplishments.
