The section will discuss not only the supreme importance of presenting strong documentation via one's records, but will also discuss some of the inherent difficulties which many disability claimants will face when they apply (for example, not being able to present adequate medical record documentation due to a lack of medical insurance). The importance of presenting adequate records (including statements from treating physicians) cannot be overstated, however, since every disability claim essentially boils to the information contained in a claimant's medical records. |
