WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A CLAIMANT IS FOUND FULLY FAVORABLE ?

If an applicant's claim for social security disability or ssi disability is found to be fully favorable, this essentially means that a claimant's case has been approved for benefits. It also means, however, that a claimant's case has been approved in agreement with the onset date alleged by a claimant on their disability application.

In other words, the disability examiner or administrative law judge, based on an evaluation of the claimant's medical records, agreed that the claimant's disabling condition began when they said it began.
