|
The signs and symptoms of MS can include difficulty in walking and coordination. Mutiple sclerosis can also cause vertigo and lack of balance. An individual with multiple sclerosis may feel tingling or a sensation of, for lack of a better term, "pins and needles" at various points in the body. Other signs and symptoms of MS may include visual problems such as blurry vision, double vision or, in some cases, even temporary blindness in one eye. Some multiple sclerosis patients may also experience slurred speech, tremors in hands, spasticity in muscles, or a sensation of extreme cold in the fingertips. These are just some of the possible symptoms that may potentially lead to a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
