Evidence suggests that as many as 70% of individuals with multiple sclerosis suffer from sexual dysfunction. The symptoms vary between male and female individuals. Women usually have decreased sexual desire, lack of sensation, painful sensations and fatigue. Additionally, the lack of sensation or painful sensation may lead to diminished or non-existent orgasms.
