The symptoms of fibromyalgia seem to mirror the symptoms of so many other illnesses which are musculo-skeletal, orthopedic or neurological in nature.
For each of these conditions, there is a diagnostic test of some type, whether the test involved lab panels, imaging studies such as CT scans, X-rays or MRIs or sedimentation rates (for rheumatoid arthritis). Unfortunately however, there is no conclusive test for fibromyalgia. |
