Many of the symptoms of Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are certainly alike. Both a chronic fatigue sufferer and an FMS patient will both generally have complaints of fatigue and persistent low engery levels.
The difference between the two disorders lies in the symptoms of pain and stiffness expressed by those with fibromyalgia. However, for many with chronic fatigue the longer they have the condition the more likely it is that their own symptomology will begin to include complaint of pain as well. |
