Marfan’s syndrome is a genetic disease of the connective tissue, usually typified by abnormal height and excessive length of the extremities. Symptoms of Marfan’s syndrome may include scoliosis, abnormalities of the sternum, and cardiovascular problems. Cardiovascular problems such as aortic aneurysms and leaking valves are the most serious symptoms of Marfan’s syndrome.
