WHAT ARE THE CHANCES QA OR QR WILL REVERSE A DDS DECISION ?

There's simply no way to know whether or not DQB (the disability quality branch, also referred to as QA or QR) will reverse the decision made by DDS (disability determination services).

However, by the same token, there is no way to know what determination was made by a DDS disability examiner prior to a case being pulled by DQB for quality review.
