How long will a social security disability or ssi disability case be held up by the quality review process? There is really no way for anyone to know, and this applies to even the social security office and the DDS examiner at Disability determination services.

Cases that have been finished by DDS and then intercepted by the Disability Quality Branch may be under review for quality control purposes for days, weeks, or even, potentially (though much less likely), months.
